Redwood Empire Debuts Hyperion, a Ten-Mashbill Marathon

Redwood Empire Whiskey has released The Hyperion Inaugural Batch 001, the first entry in a new annual limited series of American whiskeys.

The blend draws on more than ten mash bills, with stocks ranging from 7 to 14 years old, and reaches store shelves in August 2026.

Blending ten-plus mash bills into one coherent whiskey is no small trick, and it separates a serious release from a marketing exercise. Whether Hyperion earns its ambition remains a question for the glass, not the press notes.
