Certain products, events, and experiences offered by The Sentinel Room are designated as contributing to the S3 Giving Ledger (the "Fund"). Items contributing to the Fund are identified by the "S3 Gives Back" designation on our website, menus, and marketing materials.
Proceeds contributed to the Fund are calculated at the face value of each qualifying transaction (including event tickets, bottle sales, and pour purchases), less applicable expenses including but not limited to credit card processing fees, payment platform fees, and reasonable administrative costs incurred in the collection and distribution of such funds.
The Sentinel Room, in its sole discretion, shall determine the allocation, timing, and recipients of Fund distributions. Recipients may include local charitable organizations, community programs, nonprofit entities, and other causes deemed worthy by The Sentinel Room. The Sentinel Room reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Fund, or to change the criteria for eligible recipients, qualifying products, contribution amounts, or distribution methods at any time without prior notice.
The S3 Giving Ledger is not a charitable organization, tax-exempt entity, or donor-advised fund. Purchases of qualifying products and event tickets are commercial transactions and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. The Sentinel Room makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of any purchase.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
