For two hours, your group will have the Reserve to yourselves while a dedicated Sentinel Whiskey Consultant guides you through four carefully selected whiskies served completely blind.

Whiskey Without Bias
Price, packaging, age statements, distillery names and reputation all have a funny way of influencing what we think we're supposed to like.
So we remove them.
Your four whiskies arrive without their identities attached. You'll have an opportunity to explore the nose, palate and finish of each expression and decide what you actually enjoy.
There are no wrong answers.
Whiskey is personal. The point isn't to prove who knows the most about whiskey. It's to discover what your palate tells you when the bottle isn't doing the talking.
Then comes the reveal.
That's usually when things get interesting.
