Starlight Rolls Out Anniversary Pair, Sakura Reserve Bourbon

Week of August 17, 2026

Starlight Distillery has introduced a Sakura Reserve Bourbon alongside its 25th Anniversary offerings.

The Indiana producer marks a quarter century in business with the new expressions, expanding a lineup that already ranges into brandy as well as bourbon.

Details remain thin on cask treatment and proof, and until Starlight opens the books further, we will withhold judgment on whether the sakura angle is craft or gimmick.
