Elijah Craig Brings Back 21-Year Single Barrel After Years Away

Heaven Hill has reintroduced Elijah Craig 21-Year-Old Single Barrel Bourbon after pulling it from regular production years ago.

The expression returns as part of Heaven Hill's strategy to showcase older stock from their warehouses. Each barrel will be hand-selected and bottled individually, maintaining the single barrel format that made the original release noteworthy.

Twenty-one years is serious aging for bourbon, and Heaven Hill has the warehouse depth to pull it off properly.
