High N' Wicked Witches' Tree Straight Rye Whiskey

This is a relatively new producer out of Kentucky, and one who takes their rye whiskey very seriously. Based on the wild success of their flagship 5 year old Rye, the Witches' Tree takes its name from a local story and landmark, and is a blend of 2, 3, and 4 year old rye whiskies that were on their way to the flagship bottling. Instead, they found good company in each other, and have started a new coven. Quite fresh herb forward and full of layered flavors and textures. A great thinking whiskey, and one that will mix very well with whatever cocktail you like to your rye into. – ABV: 48%
